For me its Step Out. He sounds sublime on that, especially on Familiar to Millions. Just listening to it now actually.

Mucky Fingers!!!!!
But to be honest, I've always felt the vocal on Where Did It All Go Wrong is fantastic. Part of the reason it's arguably my fave song off of SOTSOG.

i think his best vocal is on wptwotwoms. i always thought his voice fit the ballads much better than the rockers and his voice has gotten much much better with age. In the mid 1990s his voice could be borderline annoying or harsh.

On studio i'd say Part Of the Queue....
But live... I guess Slide Away during the STC tour... I believe his vocals are getting better every year

I have that on mp3, peerless. I do like however Cast no shadow on mtv unplugged... especially with the camera work when he does ''bound with all the weight..'' second time round...guigs,bonehead (does a little chin-up),noel

I would have to say Force of Nature as well...
Though I think he has never had a weak vocal on any of the studio albums.

I would say The Masterplan, but vocally I think it's his new version of Slide Away. The outro is immense!

Take Me Away.
The first song I ever wrote was a direct result of trying to rip this off.

Does anyone actually know why Noel sounds like a little kid on Step Out? I think it sounds phenomenal, but I'm really intrigued as to how they made his voice sound like that.
