I really hope Noel starts to put more than one b-side on each single, unlike the DBTT era. I know he wants to save potential songs for future albums, but because the 4 of them write so many, many songs tend to get lost.
Are we ever going to hear the likes of the Boy With The Blues, Let It Come Down Over Me, Sweet and Sour, The Magic Can't Be right etc..? We weren't even meant to hear Stop the Clocks and Record Machine. I personally do not think the Masterplan 2 will come out soon and by the time they release these songs when all is said done, they may have been tossed away. Might as well put it out somehow while its fresh.

well, i know that at one point the UK charts changed the rule, hence why years ago oasis singles had 3 b-sides, but now i think they can only have two otherwise it doesn't count in the charts (hence why the Stop the Clocks EP doesn't have a chart position - apprently it would have got to number 5)

Even with the rule change, it would be nice if we had two new songs, instead of one new song and an 80th live version of Cigarettes and Alcohol in Antartica.

I believe that rule no longer applies, but I still doubt Oasis would go back to the 3 b-sides singles. As long as they stick to their guns and don't start putting out 3 or 4 different formats of singles (CD1, CD2, vinyl, downloads, itunes exclusives) then I'll be happy. Are DVD singles even prevalent anymore? I always liked the bonus demo on there.
