Singles dont have to be physically released to be considered singles worldwide.

Morning Glory and CS were released as radio-only singles worldwide, as well as a physical form in Aus. They were also released in promotional 1 track singles. The only thing they are negated from in this regard is the charts. So, it is a matter of choosing to include what you include in a stupid polling thread.
