If you want a track by track review then go to "ive heard dig out your soul" thread Noel Sings: The Turning, Falling Down, The Nature of Reality Liam Sings: the rest of the album Gem wrote: To Be Where There's Life Andy Wrote: Waiting For The Rapture The Songs Noel Sing the song that Andy wrote are the only things i revealed about the new album that was not known, before. Can anyone discredit this information? I heard the album too. Here's the info I've got: *Aint Got Nothing is a short fast rocker *Noels vocals on Falling Down are amazing. *The Shock Of The Lightning sounds a bit like Hindu Times, Liams vox are rocking! *Noel sings three tracks (three of his own), Liam sings the rest *Noel has seven tracks, Liam has three, Gam and Andy wrote one each *Outta Time is a typical Liam Lennon-lighter-moment and probably gonna be a single *Bag It Up is a brilliant opener, gonna be great live *It's very different from their last stuff, but still very "Oasisy" if you know what I mean Can anyone discredit this information? i know i sure can't... an for the record mate, your 'review' sounds a lot more believable than his...

Alright first of all...
I'm not gonna slag noelmedown or praise him. I'm just gonna say this
IF HE IS LYING: It will be very easy to discredit him after we've all heard the album. We'll be able to tell whether or not The Turning sounds anything like Full On We'll be able to tell whether or not Waiting for the Rapture has a slow bridge to it We'll be able to tell whether or not Get Off Your High Horse is the hardest song on the album We'll be able to tell whether or not Soldier On goes from acoustic to a full anthem. We'll be able to tell whether or not Aint Got Nothing is the same song as the demo and if it has a kickass solo
Plus he's said who sings each song, who wrote each song, and he's given us some lyrics from a few songs. He's given enough information where it'll be easy to disprove him once we've heard the album
IF HE'S TELLING THE TRUTH We've heard enough information where, when we hear the album, we'll be able to see that he was telling the truth.
And everyone who doubted him looks like a major douchebag.
And that is why Im staying out of this shit.

Well, I've - along with most of the members on this forum - have given you all too many reasons to even count why this clown is lying
And the only counter arguments you've provided are the: "what if it's true..." and the "this thread hasn't been play penned....yet" - Hardly substantial arguments, wouldn't you say?
Try to use reason. You're thinking with your heart as you want to believe this, but if you think with your head you'll come to the realization that it's just a bunch of lies.

I'd save your time though because even though they'll know your post makes sense people like L.4.E will just carry on with their turd worthy analysis. I can only guess that they have nothing else to do.

look were all gonna know much more next thursday so lets leave it at that for now We won't even be able to tell next Thursday. Why? Because he hasn't said anything about TSOTL, except that it's "catchy" and doesn't have a "traditional chorus"....BUT WE ALREADY FUCKING KNEW THAT: 1.) Noel said that the songs are less sing-songy, alluding to the fact that there's no traditional chorus 2.) It's Oasis, and Noel claimed TSOTL is the "most Oasis sounding song on the album" of course it's gonna be catchy!

Noelmedown... can you remember which songs contained the song title within the lyrics???
Because this would be fairly easy to remember (Although I still dont know whether Id remember after 1 listen) and it would be enough to prove/disprove him once we've heard the album.
Most songs do have the title in their lyrics. However, there are enough songs (Columbia, Eyeball Tickler, The Importance of Being Idle, Part of the Queue, The Hindu Times, Gas Panic, Aquiesce, Shakermaker, Digsy's Dinner, Married With Children, etc.) where there's most likely 1 or more songs whose titles arent included in the lyrics.

About 99% of us on here KNOW LDNMN is full of shit. It's sad there's 1% who want to believe him so badly that they'll disregard any logic suggesting otherwise. Webby, just ban him, and his IP.....Do you really want him doing this for another 2months? Now, I'm not suggesting he's for real - frankly, I don't trust any of them - but will you quit acting like you're a fucking authority on who's right and wrong? You've put yourself on a pedestal a few times, and been made to look an idiot, so I'd suggest it's in your best interests to stop acting like a drama queen every time somebody posts something you're remotely sceptical about. You're becoming part of the problem. +1

We are pathetic, we're yelling at a guy on an Oasis forum... God damnit, we need lives... I would mostly say Notorious needs a life, he's gone to such extremes to try to prove something that will more than likely never effect anyone's lives other than his own. Posting a piece of your own writing to compare it to a poorly written review? Come on If you don't believe him, then just fuck off and don't reply to him. I'm sure you must have better things to do with your time than argue with him. I mean, look at your superior writing skills

So what happens if he's actually telling the truth??? What happens to all the naysayers?
Will they be as adamant apologizing as they are to attack??

So what happens if he's actually telling the truth??? What happens to all the naysayers? Will they be as adamant apologizing as they are to attack?? Of course. But the hypothetical is pointless because there's no way anything he said is true. - And because of the notion of coincidence and chance, he needs to have everything he said be true, otherwise the one or two small things will be marked down as coincidence.

Will they be as adamant apologizing as they are to attack?? nah, they'll just remark that it's impossible to verify what he said because he was too vague... as i stated earlier however, he's given enough info where we'll be able to tell whether or not he's full of shit
