This isn't really the album and nothing has been uploaded anywhere.
All it's showing is what the user has recently listened to from their own media player on their PC. They've likely just got some files named the same as the new Oasis tracks so it looks like they are listening to the album when they aren't or they've downloaded what they think is the album from some dodgy site and it isn't, it just has the same file names - but they are listening anyway and it's showing on their profile.
Regardles, it may not be the best idea to display to the world that they are listening to music illigelay (even though they aren't!)

I dont know if it has or not, on Last.Fm you just can tell which track a users is listen too, and you can add it to your library, but if that song s not uploaded on last.fm it'll be worthless, it needs to be uploaded on it or you wont be able to listen it.
So maybe this means that that guy has the songs and he hasnt uploaded them on the site, cause he cant, just artists and label can do that.
Otherhand it might be a big bs, cause maybe there's someone whos havin fun in changin the ID of the song showin to the peep that he has the new record.

BharathRao's been listening to the album on repeat, he's on his fourth run through, so maybe it is real, who would rename an album they have and then continually listen to it, just to look like they had an album before everyone else
