It's in your face. Liam has great vocals on it. And here's the clincher: You WANT to hear the rest of the song, cos you KNOW its great. It's like a better version of Lyla, which is saying ALOT cos Lyla is rather good. I'm sure the chorus will be mega. Don't know why you're on an oasis forum if you're not passionate, but hey to each his own how one wastes one's time. Oasis are back. DBTT brought them back to mainstream, and DOYS will erase any doubts, and in the process may just crack America. Most importantly, it's making me and the rest of us fans very happy - another HC and I would be SO dissapointed. But a cross between DM/BHN/DBTT? - FUCKIN HAVE THAT! very encouraged by l4ever's description of the clip, i certainly hope that's what the proper full-legnth album cut will sound like... imo, and i know several disagree with me, hearing a low-quality clip before-hand ruins the experience you get with hearing a new oasis song, because even though you really don't know what the total equation sounds like, you still get a sense of the beat, rhythm, vocal and vibe. but at a lower quality , (and from what i understand the audio is quite muddy ? ) you may not hear 50% of the mix that will be on the final track (it will be lower fidelity, and hence, guitars/backing vox/bass may be lost) ... and this is exactly why i don't want to listen to any of these 12-15 sec. 'clips', ringtones, etc. etc. i want to hear the song the first time in the proper way: full-legnth, proper cd quality and blast your-eardrums-off-madferit-oasis-rocknroll. THEN i will make my determination.  |
