I'm thinking that they'll use that new logo that matches the DOYS title on the cover, but the logo will probably just be stickered on rather than part of the actual cover.

I wonder does the album cover give a clue to which tracks will be released as singles? Maybe have the relevant parts singled out for the single artworks similar to the way they did with the single artwork in SOTSOG except with more relevance to the tracks. If so, maybe IWLIADIMRM will be released as a stand alone single in the future between this record and the next with the record machine on the album cover being used as the artwork. Or maybe I'm looking too far into it  |

OMG!!! I just realized that the waterfall on the cover is upside down!  Sorry if this has already covered btw, it's pretty cool though. I would think it symbolizes a song- 'falling down', or 'the turning' maybe? |

Now that a few days have past and I can look at the cover art without getting jacked up for the album, I can still say man oh man that's a fuckin awesome cover. Little better than a fish eye huh? lol

I kind of wish they would use the original logo.... still looks amazing though I'm with ya there. Atleast this isn't a "new" logo like that horrible one Gem designed for SOTSOG and HC. As long as they still use the old basic black and white one for everything non-album related, I'm ok with it. I'm sure I'm with most fans when I say the original logo is one of the coolest band logos there is. It basically describes the band...black & white, very simple, arial font which anyone could use)...which is just like the band...very simple, use chords any musician could really play, yet somehow it still blows you away |

Sorry if its been mentioned but has anyone spotted ET in the top right hand corner? I wasn't sure what that was. I thought maybe that was a dinosaur cause of all the whole biblical twist. Doesn't really look like ET to me but that's a really great pick-up on your part though. I never would've thought ET   |

When I first saw this cover a couple days ago, and thought it was pretty damn cool.
But when looking at it while high, it's even more remarkable.
Especially since the cover most likely contains tons of references to the songs, B-sides, and possibly other tracks, such as Stop the Clocks, Evil Eye, and IWLIAD.
I'd have to say it's quite possibly the only time that album art has gotten me so excited, and I think it's gotta be one of the best sleeves in the past several years.
But.... why does everybody hate SOSOGs cover? I thought that cover was pretty damn cool...

This cover looks like its raised, if you know what i mean. And the logo is a different size on this album than the other picture. |
