Been thinking about this tracklisting and a few outstanding questions keep lingering:
* Are we sure that I'm Outta Time is really the "In My Own Time/Show Me Your Love" tune from LDSMD? Shares the same words, but it may not be the same tune; thus we have (hopefully) another new song to look forward to...
* What if the tracklisting is translated wrong? Seems unlikely but the fact that Get Off Your High Horse, Lady uses a weird set of brackets (Get Off Your) High Horse Lady is strange and just seems out of place. I realize I may be crazy here, but may be true if the French journalist was told the songs names and didn't receive an actual promo from the record company
* The Ain't Got Nothin' question: I come down on the more pessimistic side and believe this may be the same tune we've heard. Remember when the DBTT tracklisting first appeared and we all hoped the Let There Be Love was a different song than It's A Crime? It would seem plausible and easy for them to change the lyrics slightly ("They got nothing on me" to "They ain't got nothing on me"). I hope I am wrong about this.
Ever since the Internet became part of life, the build up to (and the inevitable leak of) a new Oasis album has been the most exciting thing in world for the few months it lasts...

1. No, nobody is sure and we'll have no way of knowing until some sort of confirmation. 2. I think it's Get Off Your High Horse (Lady) as was released by L4E newsroom and SCYHO, but again, no way to be sure - could just be confusion through translation too... 3. Again, no way of knowing, but obviously the odds are in the favor that it's the very same tune, but revamped for the new record. If it's a different tune (which it could be) then that would be a big coincidence, but it's certainly possible.
i know it's exciting for me too!!!

There are a few too many plebs circulating this forum.
Webby, any chance of deactivating registration until the album's released?

I realize I may be crazy here, but may be true if the French journalist was told the songs names and didn't receive an actual promo from the record company I saw the French website before it was taken down, and although the review was in French, all the tracklist was in English, so was never translated in the first place.

Jaysus. Aren't you two a bit old for petty name-calling? One is never to old to insult another's mother, penis size, or sexuality.

Show Me Your Love/In My Own Time: These clips only say the word 'time'. That is the only connection that they have to "Im Outta Time". Imo, they sound more like Noel's description of The Boy With The Blues ("catchy as fuck"..."driven by piano and acoustic guitar"). Noel also said that Im Outta Time is 'Lennonesque'. The Show Me Your Love/In My Own Time bear no resemblence to Lennon's work from what I can tell

He re-uses the same words all the time, this could just be the same.
That's like identifying an oasis song by the word soul, absolute lunacy...

"Time" has to get used a lot, after all, it's the only word that rhymes with "sheeeeeeeinnne"
