BULLSHIT!!! if yer mate simply 'heard the record' , how would he know the exact length (minutes and seconds) of each track?? also, "lennon lighters in the air moment' ,, is a noel quote from the mojo article , i think? nice try,, but try, try again. *SIGH* HERE WE GO AGAIN................................

Even if this "DJ" heard the record, how would he know what is slated to be the second single? And the Outta Time comment is taken directly from the article.... nope.

If any one read the MOJO interview,Noel states that all the older songs left over from DBTT all sound like B Sides and they sounded like b sides when they went to record the album,If they are b sides then they wont be as elaberate or as well produced as an album track, but may be the stripped down versions will be better?I personnelly dont think we will see another album for 3 to 4 years after this one,and the fact that the new record deal is done and they will have a bigger slice of profit, and the fact that Noel has spent so much time around Mr Weller, who is a master at maximizing his out put .ie have a look on amazon or HMV and see how many DVD and album re issues and special collectors editions Weller has out,Oasis will milk this record."5 versions of the album"that says it all.An ep in 09-2010 any one?All speculation of course.

IF this album is a success, and I think it will be, I think we can expect a new Oasis record in 2010. If they regain their momentum, building off of DBTT and (hopefully) DOYS, I can't see them waiting 3-4 years!

I'm pretty sure "Evil Eye" wasn't gonna be on this album. Looks plausible nonetheless. That's true, I think it's false.

Yeah I'm betting on an EP. I really can't see Oasis putting out STC, RM, Boy with the Blues etc. as b-sides when any of those could be a massive single. Also interesting how the last few singles have barely featured any Noel-written b-sides.

Just by judging by the poll someone put up, it seems most fans agree that RM is up there in that 'classics' category (DLBIA, Live Forever, CS, Wonderwall SCYHO). So that being said, how in the world can Noel settle to just releasing the demo as a b-side?? Now that's not confirmed, but he did say those songs sounded like b-sides to him. Atleast when he left The Masterplan off WTSMG, he was able to blame the drugs. Now, there's no excuses...Just a stupid decision if it ends up becoming a b-side. I mean the freakin demo was already played on Sirius here in the US...a place they've tried so hard to crack for so long. Now I've got no problem with this new direction of the record...If it sounds ace, it's fine by me. But it kills me to sit back and watch one of the greatest songs I've heard this band write in a very long time just go by the wasteside. I'd much rather them hold it back yet again for the next record, and give it the time and production it deserves.

i could believe till the part of Evil Eye and A Sad Day In The World, cos' those songs were made up by tennis players... also, I can't imagine 'To Love' (assuming that it's real) 6 minute long... it's supposed to be a song with a 'She Is Love' vibe, you know, a short nice song... not a six minute epic with an orchestra

If RM doesnt appear on DYOS, then it'll def will in one of the albums that follow it. Noel will NEVER not officially release this song. IT's too good to cast aside!

If The Masterplan was a b-side and (YG)THOAS was a b-side, then Record Machine can become a b-side. With Noel anything is possible.

Again, I hate people who think like that.....you have to put things in perspective: Not only was Noel under a shit load of drugs back then, but he was also cranking out ace tune after ace tune. Look as we stand currently, Noel lacks real quality B-sides? Why? Cos his quality material has dried up, so almost all his quality songs make the album, while the shit ones become b-sides - which is how it typically works. RM AND STC will NOT be B-Sides. You heard ithere first.

On the Wikipedia section for Dig Out Your Soul, it mentions a song called Step In To The Light, which supposedly was mentioned by Paul Gallagher in an interview in May. Anyone heard of this interview?

Anyone heard of this interview? Nope. The only thing I remember him saying is that it'll have 11 or 12 tracks and that Noel was still deciding. I reckon it's bs
