Nah, just doesn't seem "Oasisy". I could see it working for many other bands, but it just doesn't sound right when you think of Oasis...

I actually think it sounds very Oasisy. I think the only Oasis album title that didnt sound liek an Oasis album was Standing on the Shoulder of Giants

Not bad, could of been worse (assuming it's true of course) What really matters though, is that the record itself is top bannana. I'm actually going to attempt to wait until the record is released officially this time when it inevitabley leaks, probabaly won't happen, but as David Brent says, "Pipe dreams are good.."

They can call it 'ba ba black sheep ' if they want as long as the tunes are rockin' on it and there some classics.
Seriously i do like past album titles but i'm not overly fussed, i just want the songs to be huge hits and NME etc to eat their words and know that Oasis are still the best

kings of leon album is out 22nd sept and they have revealed details of it so hopefully within a few oasis will release at least a album title concretet release date or single info

doesn't sound like Oasis... it's a good name, but I don't see it in an Oasis album... can't say that I believe in it... Well, Noel did say it was the first time he didn't come up with the title, so it's makes sense it would be 'different'. |

I really hope this isn't true. It sounds like a rumor and if it's true than Liam had to be the one who came up with it.
But hopefully the album makes up for the shite title if it is true . . .

I don't know if anybody remembers/knows this, but I've read that Liam once said that the first single of Be Here Now would be called Everyone's A Winner. I really like that title! They should use this. It's probably long forgotten on their side now, but I really think it capture the spirit of Oasis. They got so many uplifting tunes! Anybody else reckon this would be a good title too?
I also think that Dig Out Your Soul really would fit well on their seventh album. It really fits as a title on a heavy rock 'n' roll album, and if the early reports we heard from different accounts (Even some from Noel), it will be a rocking album. Anyways, the title sounds like something Liam has come up with.

Oasis deny Blue LP title
Oasis have denied that their new album will be called Blue Moon.
Liam Gallagher told PS reader Malcolm Marsh that the album would be named Blue Moon after his beloved Manchester City, when Marsh bumped into him at a pub in North London.
Oasis's PR said: "Liam was joking. We do know the proper album title, and it isn't that. We will be revealing the album's real details shortly."
I've never even heard of this 'blue moon' rumor, but the PR person said that album details will be out soon

"Blue Moon" won't be the title according to the post on STC... the good news is we should get details soon. I'm guessing in the first half of July (simply a guess).

It's threads like these that make me swear that the dumbest Oasis fans are among the dregs of all fan bases. This is so stupid. The title sucks. Noel Gallagher's shit stinks. The title's barely better than "Don't Believe the Truth" which was a crock of shit (the title, not the album).
