edith bowman will hav defo heard the album,shes mates of the wives an that an is a reliable source,with the sounds of it the album is gonna be a huge rockier record in the stlye of be here now but better,if it was shite shed say so,this will be the album to bring the boys back,an it not be too hard having heard coldplays effort,anyone calls liams vocals wants to hear chris martin,that album is bastard jokoe in parts

How can an album with orchestras and "stuff like that" sound like the first time you heard rock'n'roll star or supersonic? Perhaps the sheer impact and freshness of the style of the tracks? Or maybe the fantastic songwriting and musicianmanship of it? I don't know, but I think that there are high hopes about this, they haven't said a word which is probably intentional, then put out 3 bland, but good demo's to drip feed us little snippets of what could be. I for one reckon Stop The Clocks will definatley be a B-side if it's not on the album, further backed up the fact that it's meant to be "The Masterplan version 2". I think the singles they put out are based on singalong factor and catchiness, like Wonderwall is much easier to singalong to than The Masterplan. |

How can an album with orchestras and "stuff like that" sound like the first time you heard rock'n'roll star or supersonic? She was actually referring to the first single when she said that. So that probably means that the first single will be a plain guitar track, like The Hindu Times and Lyla was, but more in the same style as Rock 'n' Roll Star and Supersonic. |

Exactly. I've said it before. Noel needs to stop being democratic and take the songwriting over again... and he also needs to let Liam sing the songs... 11 Noel songs and Liam singing 10 or 11 of them! It might be cool if he sang the chorus of Record Machine and nothing else.
