Do you think that the nuances that encapsulates Oasis makes the band what they are? Makes them as unique as they are? Makes them one of a kind? And makes them as big as they are?
From the "Shiiiiiiiiiiiiine" streached vocals vocals of Liam, to the quibbling sibling rivalry, to the funny and witty and honest inteviews to the unpredictable nature of gigs (walking off/fighting/ad-lib/barricades breaking - lol that was funny, only for Noel's added comments).....
I'm sure there's a host more of like minded nuances, but to me it's one of the main reasons which separates Oasis from the rest of the bands.....of course their good music and lyrics and vocals are a huge part too lol

for me its all about the dominating figure of noel. without him there is no genius. and i believe thats what he is. from his songwriting, singing, guitar licks and a very good sense of humor, he is the reason why they are a cut above. and i think its pretty obvious really. without him liam would be nowhere. all the antics, bad boy shit doesnt really impress me that much (although i do like the fact that he is true rock n roll). liam is a good vocalist, especvially on the first 2 albums, but its noel all the way for me.

No. The music makes them big. The 'nuances' make them newsworthy.
