as on oasis fan, I always try to look at their new songs from a "non-oasis" standpoint (if that's even possible). While I don't completely discount noel or liams voice (because that's undoubtedly a fundamental part of their "sound") I at least try to put the songs in some sort of "what if another band came out with this" context.

That said, this song is not awful, but certainly not great. The way I look at it, I really think oasis is as close to a "band" as they 've ever been, and I just don't see the 4 of them NOT coming up with somethin that would bend this off the album...at least how its presented HERE. Who knows how itmay end up, but this is b-side stuff at best right here and now.

Lyrics are just brutal too.

the other 2 are fine and could be top notch with some polishing.
