First of all - let me state that this scheme was set up by myself and my friend ursino. Since Steve Hall is calling for honesty and we are asking it of him, we will be honest. We underestimated Steve's intelligence and that is our fault. The Be Here Now demos do not exist. Actually, they do exist but none of us have them. The demo was faked. Its actually a radio recording that we made sound like it was old and tape-ish. Here is that exact fake: www.sendspace.com/file/6qark8The "Mafia" forum was set up to trick Steve Hall into sharing Stop the Clocks. Once received, we were going to share it with all of you virtually immediately. He did not fall for this. The reasoning for it is his lies and the way he's held the track above everyones head with false reasoning. He even admits that the song is not very good, so those of you who dont care, take solace in that. He is the cause for all of this and is the one selling Oasis' music for his own profit. Also, let Steve know that he could've gone about this completely differently. Had he stated he located the gig and paid the amount of money he did ($1700) would you have donated? I assume more would, than wouldn't of. Steve also admits that his only reason for not sharing was not the saving of his source, but to ensure that he gets more. Sadly, there are plenty of people in this community who withhold material. However, our gripe is not with the people who keep their mouth shut and take everyone else for granted and feel they are lower than you. If you possess material like this, do not share it with Steve Hall. That being said, no other member was involved in this scheme except for myself and ursino. I have passed along 4 of the 5 songs already. The fifth will be shared upon the release of a studio track. I've said that from the start, but some people just can't accept it and stop posting crap about it.

I even e-mailed Mr. Monobrow during that time telling him that I thought you were lying, that you did not have Mustique, and that I thought the board was fake. He wrote back and told me of his suspicions as well. If you don't believe this, just ask him. I decided to play along to see what happened, to see how far you would take the lie. If the song is never released, I'm not releasing it. If you can get somebody in the media to ask Noel if it can be shared, and I read it in print, in a magazine which I purchase myself, and he says it's okay, well by all means, you can have it. But I'm not placing myself in legal jeopardy over this. Not in a million years. You seem to be forgetting Noel's famous quote: "MP3s aren't something that I know a lot about, so I'd probably reserve my judgement until I found out more. Uploading a live version of Stop The Clocks would be perfectly legal unless that specific live version is on an official album.
If Frank on the other hand doesn't want to upload it, let it be. It's all up to him really.
EDIT:
No one got arrested for uploading Meaning Of Soul, Bell Will Ring, Who Feels Love, Sunday Morning Call, Getting Better Man, My Big Mouth or any other track that was played live prior to album releases.

Frank, Continuing to play with us like you do since the beginning... After a while, someone will be able to get stc directly on your Cpu from his own home, if you know what I mean. My only advice for you... is to leave the Oasis community you love to taunt and don't come back for a long and a long time.Keep your STC and play it alone in your room as long you wishe in your personnal head phones. That a good deal for us.

He thought it was a demo, which considering Oasis release demos occasionally these days, would be worse than a LIVE recording. He makes no reference to the fake in his response. He thought the Ebay sale was for a demo. It also hasnt stopped the multitude of people uploading unreleased LIVE material over the years, released or not and they are all still among us. Your backtracking does not work considering your past quotes. You've done nothing but lie to every single person on here. From stating you never had it, to the reason you're not sharing it. It would completely different if it was swiped from the studio.
