The Boy With the Blues, 'For every newbie who's was happy with the zanzibar gig should get ANY gig of the STC tour, which Noel and Gem did back a couple years ago. It has way better versions, some even soundboard, they sound amazing, have more songs and if you want ANYONE in this forum will be willing to share the FULL gigs with you... so, don't come cheering for the mp3 that Frank only posted to brag about it...' That really made me laugh. Just because I don't post on here doesn't mean I don't come here to read the forums. As for the STC acoustic tour mate you don't have to tell me anything about it considering I went to the Koko gig as well the Royal Albert Hall! As for the bootlegs son, I already own them within my collection so don't you concern yourself over the matter. I posted an honest post just to thank Frank for all that he has done only to be shot down by jealous fans as it appears. I know there are many great people who use this forum as well as stoptheclocks forum (the one I use more myself) including Mono and Co. but on this topic I feel Frank has had it hard and wanted to thank him myself for his efforts and informing us on his findings, as after all he did not have to share anything with us! And I think you're full of shit, just kissing his ass hoping he'll PM you the song... NOTHING COULD BE MORE SPOT ON THAN THIS CERTAIN TRUTH ABOUT THE THREAD STARTERS INTENTIONS!!!!! |

In time (very soon) we will finally get to hear STC and I imagine it will be much more magical for us Oasis fans to hear the full version to blow us away than a stripped down acoustic bootleg. Talk for yourself you little useless son of a whore. The stripped down acoustic versions of Who Feels Love & Sunday Morning Call are far better than the album versions. |

Some interesting clever replies I have recieved since posting. I have never once contacted Frank and have no intention to do so asking him for a copy of the song, he will post it whenever he is ready. God knows where you lot are from, but your like a bunch of girls bitching away over lipstick!!
The Boy With the Blues, I am not going to cast any opinions on yourself, but I can't help but to laugh at your childish remarks. If you do not believe me going to the Koko gig or the Royal Albert Hall than fine, you are no one important for me to prove anything to. Though I do read this board for the same reasons as those who post on it, we are all Oasis fans.
One last note to 'The Boy With the Blues', do you believe that Headshrinker was played at the Astoria? I bet you are a doubter because no bootleg as of yet has surfaced.

Did I ask for Frank's or anyone else's support in this post? No! It was just a post to thank Frank in all his great effects and informing us about it and I congratulate him on his doing so. I do not apologise about not being in the 'click' and don't wish to be. I use this site to get news on the band I like and to download any bootlegs that I do not already own, not to suck up to any wannabe's or know it all's. As for laughing I am still am at your childish views on the topic. Anyway my mate I'll let you go and pick me some more coffee beans for my morning brew.

When Frank first gave the webmaster the songs, minus STC, I remember thinking it was pretty cool of him to do so. But he's been such a fucking tease about STC, writing about how great it was, knowing full well we're all dying to hear the song. It was from a public concert...someone didn't rip it off from the studio. Its just lame, really.
And to the person who started this post, it does seem like you're just kissing frank's ass in hopes of him giving you the recording of STC.

I like we should stop caring so much about Stop the Clocks, and move on to Noel's newest masterpiece, "I Want to Live In A Dream In A Forum Without Brown-Nosing Assholes"
But yeah, this is just an attention seeking thread in my point of view. If you wanted to thank Frank Lomax, you should have posted it in Sound and Vision, not Facts and Fiction. So if you want to thank him, send him a nice little PM, don't tell all of us about it. I know he gave us 4 songs at the Zanzibar gig, and at this point I could care less about STC, but yeah, you don't have to give the man his own thank you thread.
And to The Boy With the Blues, I agree with you completely about him kissing Frank's ass

He's "new" to the forum, with post counts in the single digits -- Frank created another name to create a post to thank himself and try to get some support. It failed. Miserably.
