well ok you'll all think i'm crazy special K and fruits for breakfast and kinda the same if you like a snack around 4-5PM for meals veggies and salad and a yogurt (fat free ) no cheese, hardly any meat, no bread and no fried food i indulge a little bit on week end though ;D like cake, chocolate... sometimes i have quiche or salted pies like tomatoes pies and stuff like that |
