that recipe looks HORRIBLE TRUST me an try this serves 4 500g (2lb) steak mince can red kidney beans can plum tomatos dried red chillies fresh green jalapenos (finger chillies if u cant fnd em) cayenne pepper (NOT chilli powder for fucks sake) 2 whole onions 4 cloves fresh garlic teaspoon fennel seeds salt/black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons sunflower oil heat oil fry fennel seeds, dried red chillies 30 secs add onions, fry add garlic add mince, brown turn heat to low, add salt, pepper, cayeme add toms simmer 20mins ONLY add sliced green chillies simmer 10 mins drain/flush kidney beans with fresh water add-simmer 10-15 mins, turn off when kidney beans are firm but startin to split ENJOY

How'd you ever end up picking the Seahawks to be your representing team? grew up in switzerland age 13 was at skool wiv a girl called carrie jones from seattle got into nfl after 1984 sb skins-fins, always checked hawks scores......... thtas it love em thru thick an thin tought mirer was second comin of montana for 1 season (lol), marvelled at tez, frustrated at so many round1 picks (mcgwire/adams/fuckin boz etc etc etc) we ALWAYS flatter to deceive lot like detroit lol why u not cheesehead?

course u had mexican eggs for breakfast? try this ok olive oil 1 onion 1 fresh green jalapeno chilli 1 small chorizo sausage 1 clove garlic 2 fresh ripe tomatos 2 eggs heat oil slowly simmer onions, add garlic add sliced chorizo, fry 3-4 mins, turn chorizo add sliced chilli break eggs, beat, add, turn to low, cook as for scrambled eggs add quartered toms, heat V slowly serve on warm plate if ur on hol (or in spain chano) have glass red wine wiv this 4 breakfast FUCKIN cool
