The hot topics of goal-line technology and video evidence will be top of the International Football Association Board meeting's agenda on Saturday, Ifab, the guardians of the game's laws, will meet in Manchester.
Fifa has tabled a proposal to stop players wearing contentious statements, and to caution players who don masks to celebrate a goal.
Ifa will also look at the punishments imposed on players found guilty of intentional use of the elbow.
The four British associations - England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland - each have a vote on the board, while football's governing body Fifa also has four votes.
A three-quarters majority is required to pass any proposal.

I hope they make something to avoid phantom goals and adopt some of the basketball rules as having some people looking the video of what happens
