Anyone got teams playing in it? To those outside of the UK, the Championship is the league below the Premiership. Quite hard to get out of these days. Big clubs this season are Leeds United, Sunderland, West Brom, Birmingham City and Southampton. My team is Preston North End. Been in the Play Off's last two years and this season we are currently in 4th place. I reckon we can go one step further this season and clinch and automatic place!

Who's your manager? Curious Do you mean me? It is Paul Simpson. We got him from Carlisle United in the summer. He took Carlisle to two back-back promotions in the last 2 seasons. And now he has Preston at the top of the Championship. Best manager in England!

I thought i would drag this thread back to the top. Derby County are in a good position and 6 points clear of Preston and Birmingham and 10 points clear of the rest of the play off teams. Although Birmingham have 2 games in hand. Preston need a good run and a fair bit of luck to now finish in the top 2. Preston's last game is at home to Birmingham!!! The play off places are tight. Roughly a handful of points separate teams from 4th place right down to 10th place. Sunderland, West Brom, Wolves and Cardiff should be in with a shout. Down at the bottom it's getting very tight. Leeds, Southend and Barnsley won last night. I can see those Leeds bastards staying up!
