MG, i say we lock the league after the first gameweek, because if your not in it from the start it dosent give fair stats but then you're blocking anyone who joins the particular league late, but actually began at week 1.... No point in doing that |

i agree with feck,
we should also make a league around christmas at the 2nd half of the season for the late comers so every1's on even ground and pretend its like the FA cup or sumtin

Had a very long discussion with a mate today about FF... it gave me some ideas to tinker with....

Is he hurt or did he have a suspension from the WC incident? |

One final question
Once the gameweek starts your lineup gets locked? Or can you put in a sub today?
For example I have 2 players that will be playing today that are subs. Could I put them in today for points?

Could I put them in today for points? Once the deadline has been met, you can't change your team for that gameweek. Any changes will only take effect the following week. However, if a player in your starting XI doesn't play, then one or your subs, if he played, will be brought in to replace him automatically. |

Whats the word on Rooney? Is he hurt or did he have a suspension from the WC incident? He played today, he is banned from the 23rd for 3 games on a completly seperate issue (along with Scholes they got screw over) so misses Charlton, Watford adn Spurs games. Rooney (captain) and Terry bagged me some points today! 3rd after first game week - OK Start for me, was ment to put Saha in aswell but missed the deadline, oh well. |
