Well from 1992-2002 we won every opening game we played. Then Chelsea won at Anfield in 2003 and we've drawn ever since although we massacred Middlesbrough last season at the opening game and should have won 6, 7-0. Gerrard I remember should have had about 4 goals himself. At least we didn't lose today. I'm surprised Arsenal only drew at home with Aston Villa.  |

Rubbish from Liverpool we should be winning these games to have a chance of winning the prem. Absolutely shite start to the season. True but it was Sheff Utd's biggest game in a long time and was never going to be easy. That said i am supprised that haveing equalised (through a penalty that never was) that liverpool didn't go on and win, they seemed to sit back a little compared to how they were when they were 1-0 down. |
