Arsenal to finish 3rd or even 2nd and have another strong season in Europe
and i think Henry will either have is least memorable season (prob still finishing top scorer anyway) or he will have his best, hes just lost the two biggest finals in world football this summer, and has just hit his prime age wise, i think he could be spectacular beyond what we've seen.
Chelski to win it again, but i dont think they will look anywhere near as strong this year, Lampard will get found out playing along side players who have more of a right to be there than him and will leave at Christmas, and Jose will leave at the end of this year for Italy.
United to under acheive and Fergie not be Manager this day next year, with Richardson playing first team football for England, and Walcott not making an impact and be on loan somewhere ala David Bently

United to under acheive and Fergie not be Manager this day next year, with Richardson playing first team football for England, and Walcott not making an impact and be on loan somewhere ala David Bently Fergie will be manager this time next year. Walcott will make an impact i have seen him he is a brilliant fast player who if given the right opportunities could in the years to come become a world class player. I think he is an arsenal type of player, and will fit in very well. As for United underachieving as a United supporter I believe we will win the title we were the best team in the league for the second half of last season. But it does all depend on how we start the season as we were slow starters last year. I am very interested in how Chelsea start the new season. They were poor in the second half of last season by there exceptional standards, they no longer feel so far ahead of Man Utd, Aresnal, or Liverpool, yes they will still be favourites and rightly so having won the title for the last 2 years. I am also very interested in how the Chelsea midfield shape up as I don’t see Lampard playing too many games with Ballack, they are both very attacking midfielders and they don’t play an overly attacking style as far as English clubs go.

Walcott will not break in this season, look how many strikers we have, too many, id have theo over most of them bar van persie and henry.
I think United will finish above us anyway. Great Team
if united finish in the top 2, i think Fergie will bow out, if united won the league in 2002 he wouldnt have managed another game, he should have stopped after winning it the next year, with what i consider his strongest ever team, and winning the league that year was some feat, i just hope that arguably the best manager ever along with aul Brian leaves of his own accord, because (im not saying you ross) but most United fans have no sense of Loyalty, and i think your boards the same. i hope United, The Scouse, or us finish above the Russians

United's new home and away shirts are a celebration of 50 years since the Busby Babes' first league championship. The Nike designed strip has a 1950’s retro style – a tribute to the success of the Busby Babes and their enduring influence – and will carry the logo of AIG, the club's new shirt sponsor. www.manutd.com/news/fullstory.sps?iNewsid=344349&itype=466&icategoryid=119

pitty about Tonys number, they'll stop using 14 when Henry hangs up the boots (which will be Rebok this season)

I think first is up for grabs. i have a feeling chelsea will be found out this yr
teams in contention: Chelsea, Arsenal, Utd, Liverpool....and possibly Spurs
Utd dont impress me though and i expect them to finish 4th Liverpool are strong Arsenal should do much better than last yr, esp if we sign some of those players we're linked with (Davies, Saviola, Ribery, Buffon etc) Spurs prob 5th again, but will be a strong team nonetheless
how i see it: 1. - 3.) Arsenal/Chelsea/Liverpool --> gonna be close 4.)Utd 5.)Spurs

I don't see Spurs getting Top 5....
Last season they had it handy (38 league games + 1 FA Cup game + 1 League Cup game and nothing else)
This season they're gonna be pushing in Europe, and I can just see one of the pretenders stealing 5th from them

Arsenal will go all out first half of season then fully concentrate on Europe, theyve got a taste of it.
If Untied keep there stars, they'll walk top 3, only team that you really shit yourself playing away from Home, Fergie always knows best, and when hes been written off before a season begins, well he tends to win it

Utd are poor
Rooney and Ronaldo will be upsetting the morale
Ruud looks to be going, he's fallen out with Fergie so even if he stays goesnt look good
Saha just isnt good.
Richardson, Park, and Brown are shit, and Ferdinand is not as good as some people think he is
Arsenal/Chelsea/Liverpool will be the mian players, Utd have a chance too, but i cant see them in the top 3 (Arsenal will be much stronger, Chelsea are fuckin Chelsea, Liverpool are finally achieving things and will keep getting better)...utd are fallen stars. Just look at their blip the last 4 seasons or so. Fergie should retire now.

Just look at their blip the last 4 seasons or so. Fergie should retire now. Saha is a very good player, just injury prone. Richardson and Brown are very good players, OK they won't take the limelight every match but you need these type of players to hold the squad together. imo Brown would be the best defender in England if he hadn't of got the serious injury near the begining of his carrer. Richardson is very underestimated, played a lot of games out of position at left back last season. Fergie will sort Rooney, Ruud and Ronnie out, he has no problem showing players the door and they would be gone by now and new people in, i hope all 3 are here next season aswell. You don't manage a club for 20, win countless amounts of trophies and awards by not knowing how to man manage. Our "blip" over the last couple of years was just paving the way for the younger stars. The bit-part players should have confindence now and step up to the plate (Richardson, Fletcher, injury free Saha & Brown, Vidic, Rossi, Park, Bardsley, Pique etc) and will form a solid unit as the former United (and dare i say it) Arsenal teams over the last 10+ Premiership years. As for Rio, he is a good player but not good enough! I don't rate him highly but he is a solid defender (At times ) and Mickey Silvestre, I nearly have a heart attack when the ball comes near him, but again solid (also at time), it depends on how many mistakes they make the fewer the better and it shows they're gelling better as the seasons go on. Neville back to full fitness as is Scholesy and never underestimate Ryan Giggs! Also Heinze back for injury - United played all last season without their holding Player of The Season. Count out United at your own pearl! (Christ, we've even got an Arsenal supporter sticking up for us)

As for the United fans having no sense of loyalty i have to agree with you, i can't understand them coming 3rd in the league has only become a failure because of Ferguson's achievements, i just don't think many fans understand it. But it does seem to be a disease of football supporters from all teams not just United.

I could see United going for Viera should Juve go down.... i think its a cert, he'll come back to england, and i can't see Arsene going back on his sale, not in his character, and Veria did always say he would never rule out playing for United, would be quite the situation.

Don't lie, yes you would, at his best he was a stunning player, Stevie G said once that when he was running at you, you just knew he was getting past you, a great player, it was a privledge watching him, even if he joins you lot, ill still love him and it would be nice seeing him on match of the day again
