CLEAR in the sense it was given, but it was a dive i would be very dissapointed if england win agame through, cheating. Diving is ruining football and harsh penaltys need to be handed out to players who cheat. Cheating is a part of the game - be realistic! it does not mean we should accept it.

it does not mean we should accept it. Have you ever played football? yes, i gave it up to play rugby, but now i do fuck all as i'm a lazy bastard. what that has to do with accepting cheating, i have no idea. Should we accept racism just because it happens.

Should we accept racism just because it happens. No - but you won't make me believe, that you've never tried to cheat? You must be a kind of Jesus, if you haven't

You must be a kind of Jesus, if you haven't never cheated when playing for a club, but of course i have cheated when playing with my mates, i scored a classic hand of God goal, but it didn't matter, i was only pissing around. It wasn't the world cup.

i wasnt saying that just because neil slid in it excuses the italian to go down, what i was saying is that the aus player neil cant complain cause it was stupid to risk it in the first place if you know what i mean
yes the italy guy went down easy, but i believe it was a penalty, if you watch it closely neil raises his arm after sliding in and catches the italian player on his knee, the italian has every right to go down,
do you think the aussies where complaining when cahill clearly fouled the japanese player in the box in there first round match and nothing was given,
when england played hungary a month ago in a friendly, gerrard clearly dove to earn a penalty when there was no contact what so ever, and there was hardly a mention of this from the english media,
i really cant c the arguement here, in my opinion, neil slid in clipped the italian, penalty, goal, simple as that.

HEROES Currian it's not my fault if your players are not able to make a shot on goal... You played the whole 2nd half 11 vs 10 and didn't manage to do anything special.... Materazzi is a crazy legs-breaker, I agree with you, but that was not a red card. And it was a clear penalty the one for us.... Please, get angry with your players, not with Italy or the ref... Football is about goals you scored a penalty which was won from diving. You showed this "Tyler" guy too much respect. It's clear a pinch of salt in a peanut has more brain capacity than this idiot. You won off a dubious penalty, don't come on here with an arrogant attitude taunting fans. Enjoy your corrupt league and cheats.

I agree. Slided in to avoid the goal but tried unsucessfully to avoid the dribling. Right put.

Not a penalty, but the ref bought it. It's shit, still it happens every week. The Aussies deserved to go through.
I do have to say I hate to see Italy's matches--> BORING! You guys remind me of Chelsea, go for the ankles (maybe the forehead), get the ball and kick it a far as you can, maybe a forward will catch it and score.
Pirlo is an awesome player, but the rest of them are shit. Totti has disappointed me.
