I gotta say I expected a lot more. the general performance is very poor. this is the worst goal average in a world cup since Italy 1990. and there are a lot of injuries and sick players!! what the hell?
I'm still waiting for the big stars to show up. c'mon argentina, brazil, england, italy... all the favourites have shown lousy performances

Forza Italia.

"tutti scarti del campionato italiano" I don't understand that. as far as I know sorin and ayala play in spain and Crespo in England ;D Italy has a great team. I don't know if it's the best one though. we'll see about that

yeah I know what you mean. but you also have to think about that when you say your is the greatest league in the world: and it's a lot of argentinian players. and veron and samuel can't play anymore let alone in a world cup. their time has passed. they are not fit to play in our national team anymore, it's time for a change. new players with a little bit of warm in their chests if you know whast I mean

I'm dissapointed too, Eva.
Except for the Czech Republic and Spain...Ukraine was the biggest letdown for me, I expect they'll recover for the next matches and do well later on

Yeah alot of the big teams haven't done so well. Hopefully England's performances will pick up. Expected waaaay much more from Brazil especially. Czech, Spain and Ecuador have been pretty good though. Also all of the African teams have done great. Really strong and pacey, play some good football. Shame their defences are quite up to it.

I think it's been a bloody great World Cup. Better than the last one anyway. Even the smaller nations have been exciting.

The World Cup's just entertainment. It reminds me of this 1968 movie I once saw whilst being drunk, "Never a dull moment."

Fuck the goal average, Have ya not seen the goals that have been scored that makes up for it any day of the week. The smaller nations are making it very enjoyable, have to say some of the "big" teams have been a let down.

I think it's been a bloody great World Cup. Better than the last one anyway. Even the smaller nations have been exciting. Yeah I agree, I think it's been really open and good to watch. No teams are being overly-defensive and there has been some great goals scored. Eva I know you guys expect much from your national team, but c'mon! I though Argentina looked really good in their first game. They were moving the ball around the pitch brilliantly at times. I'd say you guys long with the Czechs and Spain are the 3 most impressive teams I've seen so far Still think Brazil will win it though.

Just gonna say this coz there's nothing else to add.
I-suck-so-bad teams: Paraguay, Ukraine, Serbia, Poland, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Angola, Togo.
GO HOME!
The rest is all good fun to watch. It's been a great WC actually. People were expecting some 8-0 games? Well.. THAT would've been shite.
