just go to the menu where you have alll your players and theres a circle you can click on next to the player, that's the captain

Click on that, then a little bit down the page there is a 'join group' button, click that then enter the details MG has kindly provided^  |

Premier League Code: 62985-32675These three have shown the most intrest so far. So whichever one has the most teams a day or so before the big kickoff will be the official Live4ever.us World Cup one. Channel 4 and Football365 (haven't checked this one out yet, only started the other day) also have ones.
