soundcloud.com/arbitrary-release/arbitrary-release-encendadorOne guy I know sent me this song. He said encendedor is a lighter in Spanish and it's a song about not having one when you need it I dunno, he said they were on drugs at the time and his guitar playing is a bit sloppy coz he was on magic mushrooms and a few other drugs when it was recorded lol.

I wasn't a huge fan of this album at first but it's definitely growing a lot. I can see why some people think it's Spiritualized's best.

In the spirit of Halloween. A bit risque, but oh well.

The Who's "So Sad About Us" was included "Setting Sons" as a bonus track, but never heard of "My Girl" cover, so thanks Guigsy!. Early The Jam has done quite great Motown's cover like "In The Midnight Hour", "Slowdown", "Back In My Arms Again". It's Weller's musical roots. I still have a cassette tape of their "Live at 100 Club" which I bought at Notthing Hill market decades ago and it still amazes me how great and powerful The Jam were and how powerful Weller still is.

This is technically a Spacemen 3 song because Jason Pierce plays on it as well.

M83 - Midnight City
You have no idea how much I love this song. That riff, so euphoric, triumphant, and yet so laced with the wide-eyed wonder of childhood as to make the song bittersweetly nostalgic. The best moments of music are found in the sounds that can evoke a myriad of emotions so disparate that they can only be connected by the sound that conjured them. Absolutely brilliant.
