I dunno, I thought they sounded rather upbeat in that Q interview for a band that just toured for a year and half.... I am hoping and praying they tour again soon!

I think I've got no chance to see him in My country China....Suede LIVE in China had too little influence.....I dont wanna see it again. So just made a great album and let me know how are the lads...

a long rest and shorter tours from now on, or more time between gigs. i really appreciate them coming out to places like singapore, but i dont see the point really if its screwing up his voice. What do you mean you don't see the point? It's his job, the day he can't do it he should retire. If he really felt like he needed to save his voice he'd quite the smoking and drinking. cos in my idealistic world, its not just a job - if people do somehting, do it well - not stretching yourself thin and doing a half arsed job that neither the band nor the fans are very happy with. its like how i dont mind waiting an extra year for a really good album, then just having oasis release something next year to appease fans when its not quality cos albums last forever i agree with the smoking thing though.

I agree with the above post. That really was the most upbeat they sounded at the end of a tour, ever. This was easily the best tour theyve done and the most enjoyed by everyone, so it speaks well to their future. I really tend to think that a big part of it was the change in the US. The change from 2k and 3k person venues to 15k venues must've felt good for the band, particularly Noel who's always seemed to have a little frustration over the US.
