OK, we now have Toronto for March 20 (and the other U.S. dates - until Houston on March 28).
And we know Chile is probably March 12 - and Mexico City is likely the last show on March 31.
So where does that leave NYC, Florida and Brazil (or other cities)?
I think they're going to definitely hit Brazil after Chile. After that, it's impossible to really know what's going on.
The thing is, if March 31 is indeed the final show, how are you going to fit in other cities logistically? It's almost impossible to do so in March.
I think they might extend into April. But who knows. Hopefully this will be cleared up next week!

I predict at least one Fla. city will be announced this week. Along with a possible date in NYC.
Besides that, they obviously will announced at least one date in Brazil, probably two.
And that will be it.

That prediction btw isn't based on any inside knowledge. But anyone following the date announcement can see that that's a reasonable assumption.
I just wish they'd get the announcements over with!

if they play brazil the 15th, that still leaves the chance of 1-2 more u.s. shows. if they play later dates, then there will be no more dates, at least it appears that way.
the only other space is between houston and mexico city.
i still have to believe they'll play miami, but it's a tight, tight schedule, and the longer it goes, the worse it's starting to look.

I've just about given up hope that they'll do NYC or Boston. Therefore I've made plans to head up to Toronto. Just need to see them one last time

Yeah, the holes in the schedule are feb 25 to mar 10, and march 12-march 20th. i've never seen anyone announce a show with only like a months notice, so if something doesnt get announced damn soon, its not gonna happen...

Hmmm...If they don't do any NYC show(s), I'm seriously convinced that this time around they just might make the late night show rounds...SNL, Letterman or Conan...I'll try to find out from my old NBC contacts if they're booked for any future shows. *keep yer fingers crossed!*

Nothing with them surprises me after the Toronto Artic Monkeys show was announced.
I think this is also a money grab, if they can score a big gig or two, NYC would be the best chance for that, then I think they'd do it if it worked with the schedule. And we know they love NYC.

There's something about that weekend prior to Toronto that keeps gnawing at me for two reasons: 1) just seems to convenient not to slip in an NYC dat 2) The ticketmaster news page indicated that more dates were expected to follow. Seeing that they've handled the majority of the NA shows, I'm inclined to think there's some validity to it. just wish they'd tell us one way or another

I think it's a given the Brazil dates will be next to be announced. Then the U.S. dates, if any. I don't think there will be anything between S.A. and Toronto. The only chance I think they'll do more U.S. gigs, like NYC or FLA, will be before S.A.. There's not enough time after S.A., that would be a logistical nightmare.

has there been any mention on inet that they're definitely doing Brazil shows? Or is mostly rumors?

That space from feb 25th - March 10 is so close I can't imagine any more tour announcements. This is overseas touring. If they haven't announced yet it's hard to believe they would.
I am seriously believing no Florida dates.

has there been any mention on inet that they're definitely doing Brazil shows? Or is mostly rumors? Very big rumours. But they change their position from week to week. This week they're saying the sponsors took off so it might not happen even one show. But don't think they're gonna have the trouble to come to SA and not do even one gig in Brazil.

I still think they will definitely add at least one Brazil date. Maybe two.
And what will they do between Feb. 25 and March 10? Go back to England? I doubt it.
They could always hit FLA or even Los Angeles again, since that would be on the way from Asia to S.A. Likewise Miami, since all S.A. flight connect through Miami, and not L.A.
