I don't want to start an unfounded rumor, but a friend just called and said a KROQ jock said on-air that Oasis is going to play the station's annual "Acoustic Christmas."

It is a two-night event. Oasis is not listed on the first-night bill (the second night lineup has not been announced officially), and the first night is the same night as the Cardiff show on Dec. 10 anyway ... BUT ... could they be playing the second night?

Problem is of course, the boys are also playing in the UK after that as well, and there are very few open days - plus the travel would be insane. I just can't see it. It would be damn near impossible.

I know, the chances of this happening are very slim to none. So sorry to alarm anyone if I did, but if anyone has a scoop, please advise.

Sorry man, its bullshit, the KROQ crap (and thats exactly what it is look at the bands set to play) is on the 10 and 11 of Dec.
Oasis play Cardiff on the 10th and Aberdeen on the 12th Dont think they're gonna hop on a jet for a 13hr flight to play a 45min set then fly back to the Uk and do a gig in less than 24hrs.

ITS BULLSHIT.

its a shame. Although i hate KROQ with a passion, i would still go to a concert of theirs to see OAsis. And i really wanna see them again! I hope there is a miracle where OAsis come back to Southern California for a gig
