Oasis didn't come to my half of the states on the Heathen Chemistry tour, and so I'm curious - how does the lighting/stage setup compare to what they used in 2002? Better? Worse? More? Less?
Cheers T

i really have seen them all tri state shows since 95 and the giants / heathen tour i have on the same page. really no diff to me in my memory, they came they played their songs and went home.. my fav of all time was the 2 in oct of 96 i believe at hammerstein.. the crowd and the band were both into for both nights.. then of course MSG is next then i think i would put philly of this year right after msg.. I am going sunday and monday, I have a feeling monday will be special.

hmm but in 2002 the second night at the bowerly when noel took out his stool was pretty special... Ima have to throw the second night at the bowerly theater last tour in 2nd after hammerstein shows.. I was losing it when he got his stool out and sang wonderwall.. that was the only time i have seen them go off the setlist.. IT DOES HAPPEN PEOPLE.

no screens this time around. It's funny, because last time they were playing smaller venues with big screens, now they're playing bigger venues with no screens.

I'm assuming the screens at previous gigs have had video content rather than just the stage shots? They used screens all through the UK tour this year, I was quite surprised when they didn't carry them over to the States...they do usually I take it? I was really impressed with the lighting though (particularly the LEDS for My Generation)... just one thing....DEATH TO THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!!!!! T
