I went to the San Francisco, Hollyood Bowl, San Diego, and Las Vegas shows and I learned a few things. First and foremost I used to be a Noel guy but this is now Liam's band, no question. Noel is like some old curmudgeon over in the corner. Granted, I am amused by that. At the Vegas show he seemed particulary grumpy, almost comically. But you know, it doesn't matter. Beacause Liam is in the front and he is rising to the occasion. His voice has been great, he is playing the crowd, and that menacing stare is better than ever.

I totally agree man, I just hope this is not some internal situation that could end the band. You know if Noels to bored an shit.............

It is amazing to look at some of the old shows, like from Maine Road, and compare them to now. Totally different couple of chaps. Liam seems to be willing the band forward, pulling Noel along. It used to be the opposite. Sad in a way, but Noel is who he is now.

Noel is God, u just have to understand that he is enetering middle-age and he may be having some issues with the fact that there may not be as many days ahead as there are behind, u know? I am 31 now and I know that I don't feel the same now as I was when I was 21, and I probably won't feel the same at 41 as I do now...

Yeah when I had a run in with the group at the airport Noel was the first on I met. I politely asked for a photo and he kept his head down and said not today. I think he was sick, but that was a bit of a let down. Then Liam came swaggering out, put his arm around me for a couple of photos. Couldn't have been cooler. I always thought that it would be the other way around.

LIAM loves KAT AND ZOIE on eastenders when i mentioned how hot i thought they were he fuckin smiled and was talkin of episodes we both knew , it was cool...overall NOEL is more chatty WITH LIAM it depends on his mood but hes dead cool

i never met liam or noel.. but i will.. trust me.. i heard noel had the flu on the west coast tour so... i think they r normal pppl and even for myself my mood and chatty levels fluctuate day by day.. makes sense what kalas said/observed over the course of several run ins.. i also think noel continues to keep liam at "an arm's length" as he said in interview - he is still waiting for an apology from liam ever since he infered that anais was not his daughter with meg... ?? noel also has to constantly feel like he is in suspense with liam - like what could happen next on tour ? he can just snap.. that's who liam is.. ;D noel also knows that he is the heart of the band - BUT LIAM IS THE SOUL.. quote i heard back in the day of the infamous mtv unplugged gig.. cheers...

Your right about the crew though Kalas. Great way to get a little closer to the group. Steve the bodyguard namely is one of the coolest guys around. Genuine nice guy that remembers people from tour to tour.

Personally, with Gem in taking more the lead guitar work and liam finally serious being a musican of course be less Noel... I think Noel is enjoying himself as lesser role, because he's into business end and techincal end more.... Face it in old days Liam was about making name in press more than being lead singer of Oasis... Noel had to be more out there to the fans and more in control.. Since he wrote the songs, lead guitarist, and basically kept it all together...
