I always see pictures of people who've met Oasis before or after a show and wonder how the hell can they manage to be so lucky. Well, do any of you lot know any secrets?
I'm going to the Atlanta show on the 27th and I'm taking the whole bloody day of work and I would give my left arm to meet them. How early do you have do get to the venue? Seriously, any ideas?

talk to or pm kalas, queenoasis or stomko.... just my observations...  seems kalas, etc investigates bars, hotels in the area etc... |

Seriously, any ideas? mt Yer chances of meeting em at the show are seriously none...They're sorrounded by security because of the big group of fans that are trying to meet em b4 and after the gig. Yer best bet is to find out what hotel they're staying at. U can do that by reading some oasis newsgroups...Some fans like to disclose that info on these boards. Another way would be to find out if they're doing any radio or TV appearances. That's how I've met them. They bring like 1 or 2 (if any) security guys w them and they're more relaxed because there's no mob waiting for em outside the studio. Goodluck man! |

i like to talk to them , i have talked with NOEL about footy twice and LIAM ONCE ..THE way i did it was to meet the backstage roadguys at a dive bar near the gig after talkin and doin shots .they felt they could trust me and introduced me to the band..my way will take a bit of drinkin ..but i think its the way to go and you will get to meet them in there element |

Start a band, write some amazing tunes and you might be lucky enough to meet them. I'm hoping to have some great conversations with the chief about the merits of Be Here Now after supporting the band on their next tour.

Another good way to meet the band — be an attractive woman.
I imagine this works wonders, not just with Oasis, but with any band with a mostly male line-up.

well I am sure I am not much help, cos I tend to meet Oasis members when there actully ON stage LOL I have met Liam twice okay 3 times maybe....once was at TRL and he shook my hand and kissed me and I proceed to go into a fit and the others tambourine stories  I did meet Noel outside a gig in Philly, then again in Toronto, then I met Gem on Stage at Radio city...then again backstage at a Paul Weller gig  Oh and I met Andy outside a gig In Vegas.. All this and still no photos... I am hoping my next to gig I'll finally meet LIam properly... My best advice is act like a crazy person at gigs, and pray as hard as you can |

My best advice is act like a crazy person at gigs, and pray as hard as you can My sis and I have this mantra when it comes to meeting rock stars: "If you want it badly enough, it WILL happen". It also helps if you try and clean up nicely...Rock stars and their people respond well to cute females. ;D So far, we've pretty much met everyone we've wanted to meet except for Brandon Flowers...He seems to be quite elusive.  |
