Let's see, Jet, Beck, Bloc Party, Bravery, Cake, Garbage, LIVE, 311. I think kasabian will be added because they list the venue on thier website.
Oh and Kalas, I am new. Joined up after the Mustang Harry's shin dig

Any idea what the password is for today's presale? Thanks.

I don't think having access to today's presale matters because they are not selling orchestra or loge seating on this. The only option to chose is lawn, which blows. The only way i consider going to this is if KROQ or Ticketmaster actually offer good seats.

Sadly, ticket brokers I'm sure we'll get all the good ones. Ticketmaster is a borderline joke. Hyundai Pavilion seats 65,000, so I doubt standing tickets will all go in one day on Saturday. Those should be easy to get, even with a good bill.
On KROQ's site, they say that there's a password on the side of miller lite 12-packs here in L.A., I looked and found nothing.
Maybe tomorrow's presale will sell other seats. But again, I don't have the password at the moment. Although I did sign up for KROQ's "Street Team" - maybe they'll email a pass.

why are they doing this?

They do it with every act that comes through Los Angeles. This event will definately sell out though. I effin hate KROQ. Oasis' set will probably be cut in half from thier regular tour. Keep that in mind

I'll be interested to see who plays last. Probably Weezer. I doubt the boys care, they'd rather be off early - or at least Noel would. Wouldn't be surprised to see them go on quite early. And since Liam evidently is a Weezer fan, I'm guessing he'll check them out.

I'll wait till tommorow since the best we can get through that miller lite presale is lawn which is way in the back

KROQ's pre sale lasted 5 minutes. Lawn only. But it was discounted to $25.
See what happens tomorrow.

as usual, no good tickets were available on the internet sale. got four lawn seats. might try a broker, since that's where EVERY SINGLE good ticket went well before the internet sale.
i started at noon and had zero luck. you'd think i'd learn now. you could put in for 1 seat at any price level 1 minute into the sale and there were none available.

Being that Im seeing Oasis 4xs next month, I came to the conclusion that IF I cant get good orch. sec seats at a reasonable price then I'll just sit in the lawn sec. Theres actually somewhat OK bands on this bill.

I've got front row at the Bowl and I'm going to some other shows as well. And already been to NYC, MK and Manchester (twice). So I'm not as upset about the Inland Invasion, especially since the boys won't play as long and you'll have to wait thru other bands, tho the bill is pretty good.
It's just that it's my hometown and you'd like to think I could get better tix without having to pay thru the nose. But that's why the ticket broker biz is such a lucrative racket. And if I do go thru a broker, I'll bet the tickets are costlier than the H-Bowl 'cos there are so many other bands that are well-known.
