In my opinion, POTQ is the most underrated track on the album, but they're all great, so I guess at least one of the songs has to take a backseat.

yeh - its so lifeless and impersonal
just being part of the rat-race is no fun
cramped on the train
squashed on the underground
soulless

To anyone who doesn't like Part Of The Queue... try listening to it in your car, volume CRANKED TO THE MAX, windows down, the part where Noel says "Stand tall... STANNNNNNND PROUD" and the drums sound like they're gonna come flying out at you through the speakers... tell me you're not banging away on your steering wheel... THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT HERE... MADFERRIT!!!!

And Don, one of the worst Oasis songs ever? So you mean that even with I Can See A Liar, Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is, Little James, Better Man, Force Of Nature, Probably All In The Mind, you'd put POTQ behind all of those clunkers? Think of what you just said there...

I prefer the original by the stranglers. golden brown is a top tune, POTQ is ok, but not the worst on the album.

I think that people don't have their speakers up loud enough if they don't like POTQ.

I completly love it, listening to it again right now. I don't think it is that similar to Golden Brown, bar the upbeat 3/4 tempo. The drums, melody and production are all fantastic.
