This are my thouhgts on some lyrics...  They're all real good, i'm just talking about their meaning, if there's any. 1- Lyla - goes to the 'oasis' hall of songs that dont mean anything' 2- Let There Be Love - I think its about someone's beloved who died. 3 - Meaning Of Soul - first oasis song with homossexual lyrics, haha! great! 4- Noel didnt write anything for his lady this time. 5- it seems that the expression 'blow my mind', and variations, its a new oasis favourite. This is me. What About you? |

IVE GOT A PIANO CANT FIND THE "C". That line kind of caught me off guard, I love Andy Bell's songwriting but that is not a good lyric. Fantastic song though |

How do you know Liam says "C"? Maybe he says sea. Well, this song has no meaning. And I love the absurde.
This madness is very english (Bruce Springsteen or Dylan never would write something like Champagne Supernova or I am the Walrus, except Jungleland)... because nobody expects the spanish inquisition.

Maybe it's all about Liam's frustration with not being able to play the piano. He's carrying madness around, wants someone to turn up the sun so he can read the music, and just can't find that C.

but other than that GGTIA is just a brilliant tune
