Why oh why did Oasis release TIOBI as the second single??? Third single maybe but couldn't we have at least two rockier tunes as singles from DBTT rather than the usual one rocker and then two ballads like we had off Heathen Chemistry and Be Here Now??? Mucky Fingers or even Keep The Dream Alive would have both made cracking second singles. I'm getting pretty bored of all these ballads - Oasis are a rock band and that's what they should be releasing. Anyone actually remember how great it was when they followed Supersonic with Shakermaker then Live Forever and Cigs and Alcohol? Even Morning Glory had Some Might Say then Roll With It. Seems like Wonderwall and DLBIA being massive hits made them think all the singles had to be ballads. F*ck that, I want excitement and energy rather than a plodding ballad like TIOBI which is a good song but isn't why I got into Oasis. And apparently the third single is going to be Let There Be Love Oh, and the "documentary" on the DVD is only five minutes long. Which is pants. Phew, rant over. Thanks for listening.

I don't think TIOBI is a ballad...it's not a rocker, but it's definitely not a ballad. I liked it as a second single cause it sounds different to anything they've done before.
I do agree that LTBL should be the last single.....ABWR would've been great!

i think ktda would fly off the shelves in the us, it has kindof a champagne supernova/easy listening rocker feel and just seems right for the us

Everybody's mad for that song, honestly I don't get it. I mean, I think is nice and all but I just can't see what everybody else sees in it ....as for the Andy songs in the album I most definitely go with TUTS

I don't love it, but it'd appeal to the mainstream if they heard it.
So would Let there be love. Some girl I know put it in her AIM profile. heh

I'm very drunk so I'm fgoing tro be very straight-forwardd hrere.
I DOZN'T CARE abot singles at all.
Fuck that nonsene. I couldnm't care less it DBTT sopld 20 copies or 200 000 000 copies as loing as I got mine andI was satisfied wiht the album. You know what I mean./
Anyhow. I don't caer what the put on next: it won't do well over here,m anyhow, and I likely will not here it on the radio. Espciecially considering I realrealy listen to the radio, anyhow.

I never heard of a cow who's drunk before....But you are quite right I think, the whole album is quality, so it doesn't really mather which single they put on next.. And this subject is so milked out, that the nipples of the cows udders are shrinked into little peas

TIOBI is the best single they've put out in yonks. Lyla was okay (and sounds much ebtter live) but it is, if we are honest, a little bit phoned in. TIOBI sounds DIFFERENT, which for Oasis is really something. I know what you mean about the rockers, but you never know - Mucky Fingers might be the 4th single -- keep your fingers crossed!! ;-)
