LIAM'S ESSEX OASIS He and Nic escape to the countryside THERE goes the neighbourhood! Oasis oik Liam Gallagher is moving to leafy Essex - and unless he smartens up his act he'll send posh property prices tumbling.
After being a confirmed City boy all his life, the rock wildman and his fiancee Nicole Appleton are shacking up with Nic's sis in the country.
They've already stripped their £1million North London home and carted their belongings to a £5m mansion in the town of Great Dunmow - owned by Prodigy star Liam Howlett, who is married to Natalie.
Our source tells us: "Natalie's very excited about having her sister and Liam moving in with them. She's obviously very close to Nicole and is looking forward to having one big happy family.

"Liam and Liam get on very well and enjoy going out for pints together."
Let's hope the two get on better than Liam does with Noel - their brotherly brawling has hit the headlines on more than one occasion.
Liam stormed out of a gig in America after one of their legendary rows. And the gobby rocker shows no sign of mellowing in his old age.
Just yesterday he caused a stir, claiming to be as talented as Elvis Presley.
Liam told Spain's El Mundo newspaper: "I wouldn't be able to tell which of the two of us is the best.
"If it was the Eurovision Song Contest and we were both in it, it would be a case of Elvis, 12 points, Liam Gallagher, 12 points - let's go to extra time."
Hmm, nil points for modesty, though. Let's hope all that fresh country air will work wonders on that moody, egotistical personality. Although the move to Essex looks like being temporary, it has reignited rumours that Liam and Nicole are thinking of quitting the UK altogether.
Labels on boxes carrying their goods had sparked speculation that they were off to Ireland, although Nicole has always hankered after a return to her native Canada.
An insider says: "Liam and Nicole nearly moved to Canada last year. They feel they can walk around there without getting hassled like they do in the UK. Nicole has always said she feels it would be the perfect place to raise a family but Liam was undecided."
A spokesman for Liam said he had no comment on the star's private life.
Wherever they end up, one place Liam won't be taking their four-year-old son, Gene, is the Oasis tour bus when he next goes away.
He recently insisted: "Getting married and having children is one thing - converting a tour bus into a nursery is another. This is a rock 'n' roll band. I don't think it's the best place for a young boy."
Yes, but what does Gene think is the best place for his dad? After all, Liam will be soon living in a house, a very big house in the country - just like his old Britpop rivals Blur...

Liam Gallagher has decided to sell his North London home, after being driven out by obsessive fans.
The Oasis star, who lives with girlfriend Nicole Appleton and son Gene, has become tired of fans camping outside and causing trouble.
A friend told The Sun, "It is a beautiful house inside with a huge garden for Gene to play in. But it's right on a main road and pesky fans can gather just yards from his front door.
"Liam grew tired of being watched every day and having people constantly ringing the doorbell. He has always attracted the stranger kind of Oasis fans. They tend to settle down and party until they catch a glimpse of their idol.
"He and Nicole really liked the house because of its big airy rooms. But now they've finally had enough."
