I know CS was used as a single in France, but that doesn't count. MWC, CS and Roll It Over would all have been classic singles in the UK. No question.

C.S was released as a radio and video Single in the states, and did extremely well.
Oasis never release singles in the stores in the States. I know there were no singles released off SOTSOG or Heathen Chemistry, or BHN(with the excpetion of a charity single of AATW that could be bought from VH1, that was limited to something like 10,000.)
I believe the last single was DLBIA.

I think 'Roll It Over' was originally planned to be the fourth single off SOTSOG, but the album sales (Which were piss poor) didn't warrent another single.
I thought Betterman would have made a great single, they should have released double A side of Songbird and She is love instead of Little by little and she is love, then betterman. Ah well.

Yeh, Songbird and She Is Love are the same sorta songs as well. Uplifting and about their gals. Would have been cool to have a double a-side with one song written and sung by Liam and one done by Noel.

what are the reasons for not selling them in the shops?
and DLBIA? thats ages ago! i live in Singapore and i still got my hands on the singles from HC
back to album closers....i dont know,i just think tht songs are good for different reasons. like we said with lyla, and how its meant to be done live. while some songs scream 'SINGLE! put me on the radio!' and others are fuckin mega, but are the best kept as album gems. like slide away. it could have been released, but i think it was better it was just kept for the album.
