It's baffling that it was left off SOTSOG - it's better than every song on there, even allowing for the fact that SOTSOG is underrated.
It's probably the one Oasis song from that period that approaches the level of quality of DM/MG. When I make Oasis mixes for my friends, it's one of the few songs from that period that I include from the SOTSOG-era (along with Sunday Morning Call and Where did it All Go Wrong? - sometimes Gas Panic! too, but it doesn't fit that well in compilations, so not that often).

great tune, the sencond verse lyrics are really good , i also think 'solve my mystery' or 'revolution song' or whatever you wanna call it should of been on there as it's a class tune, can't believe noel binned it completely off as a 'not good enough song' i mean it should have been at least a b-side and is better than 'cigarettes in hell'.

excuse me nnot knowing... but who wrote Let's all Make-believe? I always thought it was a Noel song, but it sounds a song Liam would have done.

I must agree with Maketradefair. The vocals are soaring on that tune. Really good. Liam went through a pretty good period around then (might've been giving up the drink me thinks) but the chorus of Roll It Over is just beautiful.
On the topic o songs that should have been on the album - On Way Road is a top tune too.

Let's All Make Believe it's masterpiece, best tune from the sotsog, it's amazing, can't believe it's b-side... if you listen to it, then The Masterplan and Acquiesce you would think Noel has been taking a lot of drugs!

Let's All Make Believe was on the Japanese version of SOTSOG. Don't know why they didn't do the same for everywhere else.
