it's defintly a good cover but a lot of young people - especially in the US - like ages 12 - 18 or so, might not know it's oasis and think that ryan adams did it himself.

I think it's terrible. Might get some folks interested in Oasis, but if Ryan Adams and Maroon 5 (DLBIA) is all they have to go on, I wouldn't count on it.
Complete rubbish, that's all they are.

I like the original more but I do give adams respect for making the song sound almost completly different...he makes the song his own and doesn[t just try to sound exactly like oasis...very cool stuff
