Great song. But i cant believe anyone is yet to mention how IDENTICAL it is to Noels Teotichuan (spelling) from the X files movie. Its basically Ian Brown putting vocals on top of that and a guitar added. Even the piano at the end IS the same piano from that track.
Im not bothered though cos I always thought that track would be great with vocals...and with this new song its virtually done.

Ok let me get this straight, the lead singer from the stone roses singing a song co-written by noel with the chief on guitar and backing vox.
more then just a song taken from ian brown's forthcoming fourth solo album solerrrr...
A true musical event. Pretty good tune as well.
I hope I am right about noel sharing the songwriting of this one...if so it would be his first new released song in two years...or am i wrong about that one too. stop the clocks and help me out.

Just listened to Teotihuacian (man it has been a while since i did that) and i agree that they are very similiar-esp the chorus of the new one.
But still Teotihuacian with lyrics sung by ian brown not bad.

they have to credit noel as co writer, coz yeah, its teotihuacan reworked with vocals. its a noel song, ian brown ahd nothing to do wirth the music or the lyrics acording to noel. He said he wrote the song and whenever he sang it he always ended up sounding like ian brown so he asked brown if he'd like to sing on it.

Yeah there is a massive similarity with the X files tune. It sounds good though. Althought i think i prefer it as an instrumental. But yeah i did hear that about noel saying he had written and he sounded like Ian Brown.
Still it sounds good.
