We regularly hear Noel singing songs originally sung by Liam Wonderwall, Live Forever etc. Just wondered if Liam had ever sung songs Noel originally sung - most noteably Don't Look Back In Anger. I'd love to hear what that'd sound like by Liam.

as a reaaally hardcore fan of oasis....i've never heard liam sung any of noels songs ever.
except the two lines of d'you wanna be a spaceman in the early years

Yeah the closest I've ever heard is him singing backup on the Warchild fade away version. I about fell off my chair when I heard Liam backing up Noel  I heard something about the band playing the intro of DLBIA on the Giants tour in Europe after Noel dropped out, but then they stopped as it was just a joke. That would have been the perfect time to do it. |

Liam did sing don t look back in anger in zurich 2 years ago when noel wasn't there. but the public sang the chorus. it was really good. my best concert

neither was noel absent in zurich on Nov 25th 2002 nor did liam sing DLBIA!

i was there amd i know that there was another guitarist and noel quit the band at that moment. and i perfectly remember about DLBIA. Unfortunatly, i don t know where to get it. The computer is really not my thing.

nah they didn't play DLBIA on that strecth of the tour. Think they played aquiesce though, and liam just let the crowd sing the chorus parts, mebs this is whats confusing you.

well, at the begining wonderwall was a noel song but liam got it for him because he really wanted to sing it. who can say "no" to liam?

Liam never sang any of "Noels" songs. Noel asked Liam if he wanted to sing wonderwall or don't look back in anger because noel wanted one of them himself. I haven't heard acquiesce from the tour when noel left, but i heard roll with it, and it was just weird without the replyes from Noel, they should just stick to their roles  |
