Better have my say....lol TBH I don't even care if Liam's voice is off note, too high, too low etc etc... It all sounds good to me, and I love it. Just like most of the Oasis fans. He's a rock n roll star, who's got nothing to prove. They've got it all, achieved it all. If he likes singing and making some spare cash, and I like listening, everyones a winner!

It wont never be 1995 no more ya know....
Liam has a serious problem with alcool siince he was a teen....that is sure no good for your throat. His voice really change around 1998-1999 but im sure hes always pissed on stage and dont give a shit about his voice. In interviews he has this really crappy and very low voice due to smoking too much and drinkin as hell for over 20 year
This guy is a real Rock n Roll star and the way he lived the past 15 years must have been a fucking big party...
So of course his voice changed and sometimes its fucking awful i know but theres other times where his voice is amazing:Jools Hollans in 2000.
Theyre not 21 anymore....they are veterans and performing supersonic and columbia live nowadays dont mean the same things as it did in 1994...
Lets hope the next album will be good and the New DVD also in september!!
cheers!!

"To me mate you seem a rite tosser" To me mate ur a spastic "If you dont like em anymore fuck off and go listen to coldplay." so ur saying coldplay is shit.... Mmmm i thought noel described their music as "genious" "....liams voice has changed...." dats wat im trying to point out.. but everyones lost the plot "He may have been off on a few songs, none of us are denying... " oh really... i'm glad u hav half a brain (i hope its ur left coz thats the one we use for thinkin)... bcoz a few post earlier mister "novascotialad" just denied dat. he said liam's voice can stand the "test of time" (woooow... fancy words) You agreed to me that his voice has changed -but dude its not only because of age.. but hes an "avid" drinker. Noel hates liam of being an alcoholic... he just taking too many of those man.. dats y he (noel) banned everyones from drinking wen they were recording SOTSOGs (so that he doesnt damage his vocal chord). n thats y bonehead got kicked outta the band, he got caught (imagine if it was liam... hmmmm) Well, i asked no one to agree with me. I dont care if u disagree. u dont write my paychek i dont hate oasis (no way) EVER. n i dont hate liam (but hes getting on my nerve) i started this thread just to get people who are like minded.. didn expect people to b so narrowminded n start using foul words... if i offended anyone i'm sorry... but i'm glad u felt so. u need to think about our beloved band.. (think = something that some of u never done i guess) ...u play with fire... well, an arsonist i am controversy... i love controversy I TOTALLY AGREE, COULDNT SAY IT BETTER MY SELF MATEY!! LIAM ROCKS, ALTHOUGH HE CAN BE A BIT AGNORENT AND PIG HEADED AT TIMES! BUT THATS OUR LIAM!

This thread has been fun to follow. Mostly because of its creators incredible sense of self importance.
I have never seen someone take so much ownership over a thread. I laughed a few times as I read as you swooped down from your vaunted perch to hand out accolades to the peons who agree with you and damning those who don't with a stern lash of your (half) (t)wit.
Junior, many of your points are valid, but you are not god.
or should I say... U R Not God.
And BTW I'm not sure what world you are living in but on earth, us humans use both sides of our brain. Sure the left side controls many of our analytical functions but your 'massive generalization' on this topic is a direct reflection of your general arguement style.
Very caustic, demonstrative and extreme. The arsonist who loves to confront. (kind of like your buddy bush, IMO)
Anyway, I wouldn't have bothered with this diatribe except that I was worried that the last post might have caused your head to swell and I'm not sure that your skull could handle any more swelling.

Cool thread here,
Ive just read it, IN TOTAL, in comparisson to others that just read the first post by Indo and than give their view on something that has been discussed and closed in the meantime. Posts like these say a lot about people...
cheers indo. After reading yourfirst posts, I thought you were a right prick, but after reading the rest of this thread, you worked it out just fine. reasonable enough imo.
and i wanna say to some replyers:
READ THE WHOLE THREAD BEFORE YOU GIVE YOUR OPINION ABOUT SOMETHING OR SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Just like most of the Oasis fans. ok gettin back to the topic u've lost my point there. its not about having his voice off in some notes, etc BUT his voice gives up easily!! u c the difference... i heard that they deleted "the hindu times" from the original Glastonbury june2004 setlist, coz liam cant sing it anymore... i already said this earlier... do u want him to sing the same songs all the time... in a sense thats boring seriously... they always play shakermaker, columbia.. etc... but theyre the kind of songs u dont need good voice to sing... how bout, dont go away, all around the world, she's electric, the hindu times... i can go on forever... u c my point mr muhammad or mahammued

I think labeling me a prick is uncalled for. (although, perhaps stating that I needed to post this reply so Indo's head wouldn't swell was slightly prickish ) but i do think that my points were vaild and by the way, I made my comments after reading the entire thread.

You cant expect someone whos spent close to half their life on tour singing for two hours every other day to keep the voice they started with.Noel may have kept his voice but he hasnt had to sing as much as Liam,if it was just down to the rock n roll life style then Noel would have lost his voice too as he was into it as much as Liam, and you know how much of a nicotine addict Noel is too! Also you can hear even in 95/96 that he had to change the melody for Slide Away coz it was too high for him then,he could maybe still sing it but it would have affected the rest of the gig.

so ur saying ur happy with liam singing songs that in lower notes, n ur happy with noel singing the hi notes songs?
oasis hardcore fan will settle for anything
but i wont, i like it wen liam sing it
but u shud not that there arent that many hardcore fans these days....
oh yeah, n again, its his drinking habit that fucked up his voice. He was off it for a while... (those who has the Noel interviews with the last Glasto gig shud remember that noel said liam been drinking "diet coke and water" to take care of his voice"... but after liam n his girlfriend broke up, he went back to booze again... its about taking care his voice man...
i never said his voice shud b like it was in 95/96 i already discussed about that earlier (for some of u who cant b bothered reading the whole post...
anyway gotta jet...
