Its got the barcode on it and it says it was distributed by moonraker. Can someone shed any light on this. Is it an official copy? Even the CD is properly pressed.

Those bootlegs can be pretty convincing though.. what is it called?

Even the CD is properly pressed.

oh also it couldn't be a promo either cos Creation or Sony would have put it out.....its from the 1996 MTV unplugged show right?

Yeah. I'm pretty sure it is something thats original. There is no way it has been done on a printer as the quality is far too good. It also has the all rights reserved wrote around the CD. I have not seen any of the other MTV bootlegs that look like this and I have seen loads of the artworks

Its purple with a picture of Noel on the front in a distorted image. It's pretty cool. And the barcode looks pretty real.

Know anything about it?

Few years ago, I bought a copy of mtv unplugged in our local cd shop (czech republic---hradec kralove (name of my town)... My friend bought it too, but the cd´s are different - his one, is that one you are talking about... it is printed, not burned, looks absoltely real... The cd I bought looks real too - printed, not burned, with picture of Noel on the cover, showing his hand with words BEATLES 67-70. On the disk, there are written wrights of the owner, no lending, hiring copying ect....It was printed by Fingerprint.
I thing both cd´s are not official altough they are printed...no promo, just a work of pirates.... The recording is taken from video, that s often shown on mtv...

:)hey we have to remember that all these bootlegs available on the internet and another shops anywhere are almost "ilegal", cos you know all this companies like "kiss the stone", "moonraker" were/are not releasing official, legal material by bands like Oasis and others, so clearely the copies will differ from others deppending of when or by who the were recorded,procesed and released.
