The live version of Bring It On Down, the b.side on the Shakermaker single. I've always liked this version but sadly it rarely ever gets mentioned. GOOD EVENING GREAT BRITAIN. HELLOOOO. I love that bit which Liam says at the beginning of the song and always have..

Waiting for the Rapture.
It’s not my favorite as the thread is titled, but it’s a song I really like that no one talks about. Close enough.
I like how WFTR builds. Proper tune, that. It’s good live, as well.

Bag it Up - decent album opener I love Bag It Up and always have. It's one of my favourite songs from Dig Out Your Soul.

Bag it Up - decent album opener The "someone tell me I'm dreaming" part is where the song wins you over.

Going to say I Hope I Think I Know.
While it isn’t frequently cited as a dud of BHN, I rarely ever see it praised either. And I genuinely think it’s a good upbeat fast rock song, akin to Step Out and Up In The Sky. Great vocals from Liam too that really enhance the melody.

That sounds darker, driven, wilder, more forceful. The album version comes across too Disney, too bright, too radio-friendly in comparison, for me. Obviously a good rock track in any state, but should've been better.

If Liam’s vocal couldve been placed over the demo backing track i may have liked that more though.

Morning Glory. I feel like I have seen less discussion of this song than any other song on the album. It's not anybody's favorite, so it doesn't make any favorites lists or any overrated lists, but I guess everyone agrees that it's good, so it doesn't make the the "which song should Noel have replaced with Acquiesce/The Masterplan/etc" lists either.
Outside of the absolute monster hits, it's one of the songs they performed most often over the years, first Oasis and then Liam solo, and I feel like no one talks about it ever!
Anyway, I love it because it's got such great, growling energy and tension. It's one of my favorites off the album. Plus the shift from frenetic drug song to joyful drug song in CS is so good.

It still gets a lot of air play on the radio though. But I agree with you it does seem one of those songs which hardly seems to get mentioned these days. I have it listed in my favourite Oasis songs as I've always liked it.

I don't amount to much, but it is most certainly my favorite Oasis song. It was the first "real" Oasis song (other than "Fucking in the bushes") I really, really liked, when I tried to get into them. So, it stuck as my no. 1 and I can never get enough of hearing it in whatever version. I love it!
