Oasis star Noel Gallagher has attacked his brother Liam for thinking he is Elvis Presley.

Noel claims that the band is growing tired of Liam's superstar antics - acting as though he is above the band.

"My brother thinks he is Elvis," Noel told an Italian newspaper.

"And as far as the other guys from Oasis and me think, he is no longer one of us.

"We haven't spoken for six weeks. I can't be bothered to deal with the ego of someone who thinks he is a big star."

Love-hate

The latest instalment in the love-hate relationship between the siblings comes after Noel blew his top when Liam failed to make the sound check for a concert in Milan.

"We don't consider him an important element of the band, whereas he thinks he is," Noel said.

"He talks and talks but what he says is of no interest to me or the band."

The Oasis frontman also couldn't resist a jibe at old rival Robbie Williams, the Daily Star reports.

"His stuff is not music. It's a business to sell T-shirts."
