Just got my first piece of Pretty Green kit...a black John Lennon jacket! I swear to God I can smile... The black chord one? It looks ace. I've got one myself, but as of yet, have not been able to take it out for a spin (the unrelenting Greater Manchester rain, and me hardly ever going out anyway, are to blame). Nice to see the hair longer and coming forward now, as well. There are too many men walking about with terribly neat, pert little quiffs, these days. It's the haircut of the banker and serial real estate purchaser. Granted, if you're David Beckham or, I dunno, whoever the latest Hollywood hunk to redden the cheeks of Hello readers is, it can look pretty smart, but for most blokes... Well, I think Liam put it best when he likened that Brillo pad on top of Wayne Rooney's head to "a crushed Weetabix on top of a balloon".  With thick and wavy hair like that, I assume you're working on a 60s Dylan do, then? |

theyknowwhatimean, you've just made my day! 60's Dylan is the inspiration for pretty much all my appearance. I'd love hair like that, but I always chicken out around this length and get it cut... I also have very thick and wavy hair. I'd love to see how it's like when it's longer but then I'm like fuck it and get it cut. I think it can look good but too often it's just a mess (after showering or waking up) so I just give up. Although this time I might grow it longer and cut it short when I join army in January. |
