WOW!! one of the greatest movie scenes EVER  the only problem i have is that, when the cassette tape he played ran out and flipped to side 'b' (when 'sister christian' got cut off), they show a close-up of the tape and they show a CLEAR transparent maxell cassette inside the player. the only problem is, it was supposed to be 1984 and this style of tape hadn't been introduced yet, for blank tapes maxell was still selling the solid black/grey ones, the clear ones with the red fringe weren't introduced until around 1987/1988, iirc, perhaps even a bit later than that. nitpicking i know, but it just kind of shatters the illusion for me, of an otherwise PEFECT scene (they should have done a little bit more leg work beforehand, i still have a desk drawer full of the old ones  ) |

this is similar to the tapes they were still selling/using back in 1984:  but.... this is the exact style they showed playing inside the tape deck:  ^ come to think of it, it might have even been as late as the early 90's that these clear red ones were introduced.  |

 i took this pic for NL4E the other day but forgot to post it........ this pic is several years old and i actually forgot it was on here due to heavy amounts of drinking then.... anyway, i dedicate it now to olesiadudnik who probably won't see it or not get the 'tag' notification since he blocked me....... and he seems to only browse the BDI section to harass people and find pics of Liam Gallagher he can masterbate to.......
