if you have a pic in your PC, let's say "my documents" or desktop or wathever, go to the pictures host at the bottom of every page, hit the botton (I don't know if you see it like exam or something like that), choose your pic and click on host it. an imageshack page will be open and several links will appear. post the last one between
[img] and [/img]
