Glastonbury Festival organisers are planning to release a definitive DVD of the annual event, dotmusic can report. Though very little footage of the early festivals exists, Glastonbury Television has been documenting performances since 1994, with some classic moments already in the can. Now organisers, stuck with arduous task of selecting clips from hundreds of hours of footage, want music fans to vote for their favourite Glastonbury moments. Shortlisted performances include sets from Paul Weller, Beck, Beastie Boys, The Pretenders, The Verve, Supergrass, Jeff Buckley, PJ Harvey, Page & Plant, Elastica, Oasis, Pulp, Prodigy, Cast, Radiohead, Robbie Williams, Tori Amos, Foo Fighters, Catatonia, Tricky, James, Spiritualized, Ash, Hole, Manic Street Preachers, REM, Travis, David Gray, Moby, David Bowie, Coldplay, Stereophonics, The White Stripes, Badly Drawn Boy, Starsailor and Faithless. To vote for your favourite performances, click HERE. www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/dyn/dvd/A release date for the official Glastonbury DVD will be announced later this year. Meanwhile, this year's festival takes place from June 27-29, with headline performances from both Radiohead and REM already confirmed
